Must be non-smoking and illegal drug free. Prefer non-drinker, but not a must.
Must like cats and able to give 15 year old kitty her thyroid medication 2 times daily. She is a very mellow kitty and loves company. She is very easy to give the liquid medication to.
Clean cat sand, pick up mail, keep kitty fed, water a few plants put out/bring in tras and recyling bins once a week and keep the house neat/clean.
Keep hummingbird feeders full and clean.
Our house is located on the 16th fairway of a local golf course in the north county community of Rancho Bernardo. Backyard is a nice retreat with lots of hummingbirds. We are in a gated community with a pool and spa for your use. Lots of shopping/resturants/movies within 1 mile and easy walking distance. Freeway close to get you anywhere in San Diego County. House is a lovely 4 bedroom house that is well maintained. Wireless internet available.
