Hi there -
We live in a beautiful 3 story, 4 bedroom house in the Graduate Hospital area of center city Philadelphia. We love our house and it's a wonderful neighborhood with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, churches, a Yoga studio, and lots of other good stuff to enjoy.
We are looking for someone who can help us out last minute as our usual help backed out.
We have 4 cats that we baby and who are very cool, friendly and cuddly. Our house sitter would have to be comfortable feeding them, scooping litter, changing their water regularly, and giving them some love while we're away. If you are comfortable administering cat meds, it's a plus, although there's no need at the moment.
We also have a lovely backyard with grass and lots of flowers and a vegetable garden and flower boxes and shrubs out in front of the house. Our house sitter would need to keep the gardens and grass watered during their stay.
The garbage would be put out the Sunday night after we leave, but it's only collected once a week, so that would be the only day.
We have a large flatscreen in our finished basement with a DVD player, surround sound, and Playstation 3. We don't have cable, but we do have lots of movies. There is also a flatscreen in the 3rd floor bedroom.
We have tons of books and games and there is a MAC desktop with wi-fi in the spare bedroom on the 2nd floor.
It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood, and only a 5 minute walk to all of the hustle of center city Philly.
