We would like a mature (probably retired or semi retired) person/couple to stay in our 4 yesr old home and keep our old (spoilt) labrador company.
Billy is now deaf ,suffers from separation anxiety (when he is not sleeping) and 13 years old. He loves a walk but cannot go too far - the estuary is very close and he likes that stroll.
Our home is air conditioned and has a gas heater if it gets cold. The shopping centre is only kms away and the ocean beaches and marina are very close. We have parking for a motor home or caravan if required while staying in our home. The town of Mandurah with all its facilities is only a 10 minute drive
The garden and lawns will not require any graet care for such a short time so hopefully you and Billy can enjoy your time together.
Hopefully there is a sitter for our home and a friend for our mate Billy.
