Lovely rural home on 2 private acres just 20 minutes south of Hobart. Hobart is deightful city and the village of Margate on North West Bay. People who love the outdoors, being by the sea but also like the amenities of the city close by will love it here. Great base for exploring the south of beautiful Tasmania. Need some one to watch over the home and look after our cocker spaniel. Rusty has a sweet nature and is easy to care for - likes to walk but happy to play in the garden. Also - 4 free range chickens need feeding; reward you with delicious eggs and 2 angora goats who more or less look after tehm selves. Minimal plant care.
