To live in the house and be here all the time to look after the house, the yard and my 4 beautiful dogs. This would include cleaning the house,keeping the house tidy and secure, keeping the yard tidy, doing watering of plants, feeding, walking and playing with the dogs. Collecting the mail. The hoouse is fairly new with 3 bedrooms, with an ensuit and another bathroom with spa, and also a separate toilet. We are on a very big block of land with sensational views over the Derwent River to Mt Wellington and Mount Direction. There is a local shop and bus service into the city. Supermarkets are a short drive away. There will be a car available to drive.
