Waipatiki Beach is a small holiday settlement 35k north of Napier, New Zealand. It is reached by turning off the main road to Gisborne at Tangoio and following a tarsealed hilly road for 13k. There is a beautiful golden sand beach with a bach area set in native bush about 500m walk or drive away. There are no shops or amenities, the nearest being at Bay View a 20 minute drive away.
The house is a modern compact two bedroom residence with all amenities, including telephone, Sky TV, barbecue, etc set in an easy care native bush garden which attracts many native birds.
There is an elderly black labrador dog called Maggie to be walked and two cats, an elderly black and white moggie called Muldoon and a madcap young white oriental moggie called Chai.
