I live 7/10th km north of the carretera in Ajijic, close to town, shopping plaza, cinemas, restaurants and buses. My home is located in a small gated community (one street only).
I have a clean, comfortable 2 bdrm/2 bathroom home with a million-dollar view of Lake Chapala. There are three feral cats (all fixed) who need to be fed twice a day. I want someone to live in my home while I am away, not just someone who will drop in on occasion. There is a gardener twice a week but I require someone to water a couple of indoor plants as well as water the plants in the courtyard which is not accessible to the gardener.
No vehicle will be available; however, you may bring one of your own.
