I require someone just to be here! No pets, non smoking, use of car if you have a NZ drivers licence, 4km from central Napier, about 2.5 km to the sea.(Not a swimming beach!. 3 bedrooms, large deck area, 1/3 acre section, which has lawns to be mown. Some gardening to be done if you want to.
