Our Home is a 4 bed, 3 bathroom townhouse in the suburb of West Moonah (approx 10 min drive to CBD of Hobart). The house has generous living areas, large main bedroom, very large kitchen, large covered deck, and low maintainence garden, in a quiet area. Approx 240 sqm of living space, plus garage with internal access. It sits on approx 700 sqm of land (so more like a suburban house lot - except it shares a driveway with another large house which sits behind it). It is less than two years old, has pleasant views to the mountain and the foothills, and across some suburbs. The house has air cond in living area and main bedroom, plus gas heating as well, so very comfortable to live in.
We have 2 dogs and 2 cats which would have to be looked after. There would be some light gardening requirements - simply some watering of plants, and mowing lawns (small areas). We are planning a trip up the East Coast of Australia with our two young children, following delivery of our caravan (due Early April). Dates can be a little flexible.
We are ideally looking for House Sitters that would spend a reasonable amount of time at the house (or at least one would), as the animals like company, in particular one of the dogs can become troublesome if left alone for extended periods too often. We would require excellent ref's.
