Must absolutely love my cat, never forget to feed it, and cater to its insecurities. Look after the place, and keep it reasonably neat, using common sense when it comes to things such as unplugging equipment during a storm etc. Must be 1000% honest as we have a couple of computers and all my work information is on them.
Besides this, the little duplex is in a nice part of the Sunshine Coast with a bus stop near the front of the house.
There are no real plants to water.
Any significant long distance calls will come out of the bond - which will be a refundable amount of $1000. No charge for electricity, etc.
