Hi, we are married couple with 2 young children looking for a housesitter for 28 days whilst on Holiday in New Zealand. We are located in Gympie CBD, just a short 5 minute stroll to the main shopping centre. Our house is a large, 4 bedroom (3 beds available) Federation home set on 1600sqm. Our home is well furnished, the lounge has a cosy fireplace for the chilly months. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher. The yard is fully fenced with extensive gardens, most self sufficient (we are in the process of giving them a makeover). We have 2 dogs, a Golden Retriever and a German Shepherd and 1 cat, a Burmese x Russian Blue. There is a medical centre directly across the road. Gympie is centrally located to Noosa, 40 mins south, Rainbow Beach (gateway to Fraser Island) 45 mins east and the South Burnett Wine Region, approx 1hr west. We are 2 hours north of Brisbane. We require a sitter to care for the animals, gardens and lawn, collect the mail and keep the house clean and tidy. We are open to people in most situations whether they be single, retired, couples or families. You need to be an animal lover and clean and tidy person. If you are interested, please contact us.
