I have a very comfortable 3x2 in Australind with the resident cat who needs someone special to look after him while I am away. He is a very spoilt Burmese and very much a house cat. There are no litter trays involved as he has his own door and comes and goes as it suits him.
The house is well equipped and for this time of the year there is ample heating with a choice of gas, split system and/or a tile fire.
Broadband connection which you are welcome to use along with a couple of TVs, DVD and CD players.
Great patio area for relaxing and this also has a gas patio heater, but you would need to fill the bottle for this one.
There are a few pots that will require watering and a quick run over of the lawn if needed would be appreciated.
The lawns and gardens should not need watering at this time of the year but is all fully reticulated if needs be.
The house is situated within easy walking distance to the estuary and shopping centre and a bus passes the front door with the bus stop 1 house away.
