I live in a gated community that is like the Garden of Eden in a small village along the shores of Lake Chapala. I have a two bdrm/2 bath house with full terrace, and mirador (roof area for sitting/entertaining, with bath and sink. I have a yr. old Mexican street dog, Flora. She is small and cute. Barks when strangers come to the door. The cat is an 8 year old mellow calico. Both are in good health. No special needs except to be walked 2-3 times a day and love and attention. Neighbors are very nice and helpful. I am 5 minutes, or less from the bus stop and transportation by bus is common and easy and cheap. The weather is great, mild,year round. Every day is a nice day. I would prefer a couple or single. No children please plex contains a pool and clubhouse and many activities available in the complex and in the village. Many Gringos here. I am unsure of exact return date due to it depending on a family member who is terminal. I just gave my best guess. You would need to be flexible. Thanks. My house is easy and there is a maid if you choose to use her, once a week, and weekly garderner paid for already. Maid is 4$ per hour. All utility bills have been paid ahead.
