We are looking for a responsible animal lover to stay at our home during our vacation. You must enjoy and be good with animals. We have a large (90 lb) retriever mix who is extremely sweet once he gets to know you but will be nervous and anxious at first. If it was possible to have you meet him first, that would be helpful. He needs 2 walks a day plus some 'play time' in the back yard. We also have the world's best indoor cat who loves attention but doesn't demand it. Very sweet. And we have a cockatiel bird who needs feeding twice a day and some 'shoulder time' out of the cage every day.
There would be some light watering for the yard and plants, but nothing heavy duty. And just keeping the house up, as you would your own.
We live in a great West Seattle neighborhood, within a short walk of the junction (shopping, restaurants, etc) and a short walk to Beach Drive. Alki beach is about 1.5 miles north.
Please let me know if you'd like a little 'break' to spend in West Seattle and keep our animals company! Thank you!
