We have a solar powered, mudbrick house on a large bush property. There are 2 medium sized dogs who are easy to get along with----just mutts really. Cooking is done on a woodstove and gas burner and there is a large productive vegie garden. We are 14k from Kyogle and 45minutes from Lismore. We have an inverter so creature comforts like TV, DVD and computer can be used if the peace and quiet get to you. A bit of a handyperson would enjoy the experience I'm sure.
