I am trying to compile a cost comparison for a 6 month housesitting. My family & I will be moving overseas for a minimum of 6 months. We would like a housesitter to check on our property twice a week but not occupy our house. We would need the following items checked:
Once per week: run dishwasher run washer
Twice per week: collect newspapers on lawn ensure no trash on lawn Flush all toilets Run water in all sinks for a few minutes Check for leaks (especially fridge and kitchen sink) Ensure thermostat is working 65* Ensure stove is working (pilot lite) Feed fish in koi pond (if still alive) Check mail
Once per month: ensure grass is cut (by you, or some other service that we will pay for)
Twice per month: Start and run cars for 5 minutes
