Bainbridge Island lies a 35-minute ferry ride from the bright lights, culture and commerce of Seattle (though we do have fabulous coffee and shops on this side of Puget Sound too). From our quiet neighborhood, it's a five-minute walk to the ferry terminal, to the grocery store, to the gym and the performing arts center. Our sunny 3-br, 2.5-bath house is home to two indoor cats and two adult humans. House amenities include wi- fi, w/d, d/w, gas fireplace, carport. Our 1/2-acre yard is rich with birdlife. Please, no smokers or house-sitters who bring pets. Dates for house-sitting: Jan 8-18, and Feb. 22-Mar 15.
