My house is a pretty comfortable old wooden farmhouse in the country southwest of Gympie, and 45mins from Noosa. It is also close to Rainbow Beach, Tin Can Bay & Fraser Island, and Gympie itself is a fast growing city with all amenities. The house is surrounded by a cattle property, but is on an acre of land. Only a small portion of the acre is garden, which may need mowing once or twice. There is someone to do it if you aren't able. Watering is only done if something looks like it might die! Although there are potplants inside and on the verandah. There is also a separate bedroom/studio and a small cat. The main open plan room has reverse cycle aircon. In short, if you like the country, comfort and cats, you will enjoy it
