Modern home, 3 years old, set on sloping 1 acre block, extensive water views, double garage, r/c air conditioned. 7 minutes drive to shopping, train, and beach. Clubs, bushwalking, churches nearby. We have an 11 year old medium/small male dog to be cared for. He is very much an indoors dog who loves company and to go for walks.
