2 Bedroom house,Rumpus Room under, all mod cons including heat pump, computer with I/net access, 3 T/V's, main with Austar, large grounds, minimal gardening required, (lawns will be looked after by Son) Resident Tortoise-shell Cat and small Terrier who is at my house during day time hours. Both Female and very spoilt and need company. Bus stop just across road hourly service to City which takes approx. 10 minutes. Bus passes University on way to City.
