We are a dynamic, local, privately held real estate investment firm specializing in single- family homes throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas. We are currently in search of several reliable, responsible temporary housesitters to help maintain our properties while we conduct renovations, or until the new owners move in.
Successful housesitters must be flexible as it relates to home location and length of residency. Assignments can last from several weeks to several months and vary in regards to the standard of both the home and neighborhood.
This position is perfect for someone who is otherwise employed but needs a temporary place to stay.
Company charges no rent and pays for electricity, gas and water utility bills.
Qualified candidate must have personal phone service, will provide their own furniture and will receive a monthly stipend in addition to a temporary free place to live.
Housesitter duties: •Keep home secure •Maintain clean premises •Water the front and rear lawns •Allow Realtors and Repairmen access during daylight hours •Immediately report any problems to the company •Ability to relocate to next property with one week notice
Houses are for sale plete access and courtesy must be given to Realtors stopping by to show the interior of the homes to their buyers. Lock boxes with house keys inside are on front doors for Realtors and Repairmen to access property during daylight hours.
Housesitters will be compensated at a rate of $75 per week and paid by check mailed out at the end of each month.
