I am looking for a house-sitter for my two bedroom condo. I would like this person to provide care and attention for my two cats and one dog. They are all in good health and well- trained. Also, I'd like the person to maintain a presence at the condo so it's visibly occupied.

I don't mind if the house sitter is a smoker, but no smoking in the condo, please. The condo also has a washer and dryer.
