I am a native Italian, married to David, a true English gentleman.
We currently live in York, UK though we are looking to house sit in Italy as that is also where most of my family live, in the Friuli region.
I left Italy when I was 5 years old, but thanks to my mother, I speak fluent Italian. (Although not always grammatically correct)
I speak other European languages such as basic: German, French, Spanish. David is fluent in English and basic Italian.
I'm an Online Life Coach. Helping ladies with their fitness, wellbeing and nutrition through live online courses, memberships and subscriptions.
David and I have looked after our friend's properties in York and Italy plus the surrounding area for the past few years.
Just to mention 3:
- One property had two cats, along with their large garden which we looked after for 6 weeks.
- One property had an outdoor pool which we kept clean from bugs. This was located in Tuscany, Italy.
- On one property, the owner was a lover of plants, so this took lots of tender care for the plants and keeping them hydrated from the summer sun for 1 month.
We always take great care of all the properties that we stay in including pets such as dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, budgies, chickens, goats and make sure that we follow the instructions carefully which are left by the owner.
We are looking at returning to house-sitting as David and I would like to spend more time in Italy, and then later the rest of the world!
David has retired, though on occasions, teaches English online and I work part-time also online. So we have the time to look after your precious asset. We both drive and would be arriving in our own car.
We are a fun-loving mature couple, who love to chat, mingle, cook though we are very responsible.
We are currently available for most of the year. As I work online I can be in any location as long as I have access to the internet.
