Hi,
We are an Austrian-Brazilian couple living in Brussels, Belgium. We are fresh retirees/semi-retired, grounded, responsible and fit. We enjoy spending time outdoors, are interested in the Arts, are non-smokers and follow a healthy and eco-conscious lifestyle.
Paulo comes from Sao Paulo where he ran his dad's business before moving abroad to work as a facility manager, geriatric nurse and resident supervisor in the social housing area. He helped run one of the Irish Cancer Society‘s charity shops as a volunteer when living in Dublin. He also is a trained pool manager.
Andrea comes from Vienna/Austria. She's a trained communications and social media consultant and had a career as government official in Austria and Belgium. She plays the piano, was a member in jazz choirs, loves photography and the Arts, gardening and enjoys spending time outdoors.
Paulo raised his meanwhile grown-up daughter and had his own dogs - a pinscher, a Brazilian terrier and a boxer for many years. Andrea grew up in the countryside with birds and cats as pets and helping out relatives who run their own farm.
We both love tidy homes and quiet contemplative surroundings. We hold driving licences, and are hands-on types of persons, with good manual, home management and listening skills. We dare to claim that we both have a lot of common sense. ;)
In September/October 2023 we fulfilled our very first cat- and housesitting assignment in Switzerland. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed the various tasks around the house whilst taking care of an elderly cat who needed lots of TLC.
We are eager to take up new responsibilities entrusted to us and look forward to discussing your needs and expectations with you and get to know your pets.
