I am looking for a non-smoking house sitter firm June 3 to tentative Sept. 30, 2024 in a quiet cul-de-sac in the wonderful Brier community. Neighborhood has wide sidewalks and friendly neighbors. Safe community, family friendly. Nice kids live in homes on street and nearby.
3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home perfect for single person or a childless couple, or couple with a young child. Interested in someone who will keep the home from looking vacant. I'd like sitter to do light front yard weeding to keep gravel area by driveway free of grass and weeds.
Large fenced backyard. Well-behaved pets welcome.
Nearby bus stop, 2.6 miles from Lynnwood Light Rail (opening Aug. 2024, existing Northgate Station 10 miles away) for easy access to explore downtown Seattle. Lovely Edmonds community just 6 miles W with ferry to Kingston. Between I-5 and I-405 so easy access N to Bellingham and Canada, and S to Lake Union and Lake Washington, Seattle, Tacoma and Portland. Also easy to travel E to Bellevue and Eastern WA. Within 1 hour to Anacortes and access to San Juan Islands.
