We are looking for someone to take care of our cat and dog for 9 nights in Vientiane. It will be Laos new year which is celebrated by throwing buckets of water over each other but Im sure it will be quieter than Thailand's new year festival.
Our house is just on the outskirts of Vientiane. It has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and a big garden. Hopefully by April, I will have a cleaner at least twice a week. You can use our bikes to get around or if you are brave, you can rent a motorbike but be warned Lao drivers are terrible!
Just need to feed my dog and cat twice a day and give them lots of love, thats all. The cat is an indoor cat through her choice not mine, so her litter tray will need cleaning out. My dog is a bit daft being a rescue, if you are nervous of dogs, she will bully you, if you are a dog person, you will get on well, but she can be a bit alpha at times.
Vientiane is a lovely sleepy city with some great restaurants. From here, its easy to get to Luang Prabang or south to the 4000 islands.
